Your chatbot will go offline until you purchase additional conversations or your limit resets. We'll notify you as you approach your limit so you can take action. Additional conversations are available at any time — custom amounts starting at $30 for 500 conversations. If you consistently need more, we'll help you find the right plan.

How does pricing work?

Simple: a one-time setup fee + monthly hosting. We set up your chatbot (one-time), then you choose a hosting plan to keep it running on our infrastructure. All chatbots require a hosting plan to stay live.

What's included in the 1-month launch bonus?

For the first month after your build, we actively monitor your chatbot's performance, fix any issues, and make adjustments to improve response quality. After the bonus period, your chatbot continues running on your hosting plan.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade anytime — your data, widget, and configuration carry over. No rebuild needed.

What does "data source updates" mean?

As your business changes — new products, updated pricing, new FAQs — your chatbot's training data needs updating. On Pro and Business plans, we handle a set number of these updates per month for you.
